✅ Return Policy

You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

An unboxing video is mandatory for return approval.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is required for exchange approval.

A flat ₹150 shipping fee is applicable for exchanges.

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued within 7 to 15 working days to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you must share your bank details for the refund.

Used, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
