By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Verification via call or WhatsApp is mandatory before dispatch.
Online Payment Orders: No verification needed; processed faster.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking payments.
In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Order Processing: 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Time: 3 to 5 business days (subject to unavoidable delays due to holidays, curfews, or other circumstances).
Cash on Delivery orders may face an additional delay of 1 to 2 days due to verification requirements.

7. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
We have a 5-day return policy.
Unboxing video is mandatory for return/exchange approval.
Refunds are processed within 7 to 15 working days after quality inspection of returned items.
Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery, with a shipping fee of ₹150 for exchange orders.

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled.
Frequent cancellations may result in the blocking of your account.
