Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with House Lounge! We strive to provide the best service, ensuring your orders are delivered to you safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase.
Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after 3 PM on business days or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
Standard Shipping Time: Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Verification via phone call or WhatsApp is required before dispatch. This may result in a 1 to 2-day delay in delivery.
For Prepaid (Online Payment) Orders:
These orders do not require verification, resulting in faster processing and faster delivery (typically within 3 to 5 days).
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural calamities, government regulations, or holiday schedules.

4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders within India (subject to change depending on location or promotions).
Exchange Orders: A flat fee of ₹150 will be charged to cover shipping costs for exchanges.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Shipping Areas: We ship across India. However, there may be restrictions in certain remote or difficult-to-reach locations. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you promptly.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your order online.
You can also track your order through our courier partners’ websites or by contacting us directly at info@houselounge.in.
7. Delivery Issues and Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may happen due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or courier delays). If there is an issue with your delivery, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving it promptly.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate the matter with the courier.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the product, and contact us immediately via email at info@houselounge.in.
9. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, or before the order is dispatched.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
